SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently accept online orders to shipping addresses within the Mexican Republic.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made within the first 30 days after the purchase and if the item is in saleable condition. Exchanges of articles can be made for an equal or higher amount, but in no case will the amount be refunded.
To make an exchange, you must follow these steps:
1.- Notify us via e-mail at contacto@cristinapalacios.com; This must be done within a period of 30 calendar days after receiving your product, please specify in the e-mail the reason for the exchange.
2.- Send us the articles within 30 calendar days either personally or by delivery service to Calzada Porfirio Díaz 127, Col. Reforma, Oaxaca, Oaxaca. Mexico. C.P. 68050, addressed to María Cristina García Palacios.
3.- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging without any signs of use and in saleable condition.
4.- At the moment of receiving the returned merchandise, we will check that it is in excellent condition and that the established return steps were fulfilled, then we will proceed to make the exchange.
The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If, for any reason unrelated to the brand, it is not possible to make the delivery, your purchase will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified with the steps to follow so that the merchandise can be sent to you again.
The exchange of your item is subject to availability.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
The stocks shown are available at the time of placing your order and are subject to availability. In case we do not have an item in stock, we will proceed to change the item for another model.

The photograph of the product is not contractual, that is, the colors can have different tonality in different computer screens or printouts. The image may also vary a bit from the actual article.
